Missing Centres

Hi Rick
Since the update all my centres have disappeared except Movies, Radio, Youtube, Clock, Weather External Programmes
So I have no music karaoke or music Videos

Hi @rob,
Thank you for letting us know, and sorry for the trouble. We have found the cause: files left behind by an older version stop some centres from starting after the update. A fixed version, 6.0.37, is on its way.
To get your centres back right now: uninstall Digital Center from Windows' Apps & features. When it asks whether to delete your data, answer No, so your settings, playlists and libraries are kept. Then install 6.0.36 again from zenpoint.org.
If you would like to help us confirm it, please send us the file C:\ProgramData\DigitalCenter\data\logs\digitalcenter-2026-10-23.log.

Hi @rob,
Good news: this is now fixed, and version 6.0.37 is out.
To update, open Setup on the front screen, go to Administration and choose Updates. Digital Center downloads and installs the new version for you and restarts when it is done. Your music, karaoke and music video centers will be back on the front screen, and your settings, playlists and libraries are kept as they are.
