When searching for an album, Zen Point generates a bunch of results making it a hassle to find a song or album.
For instance, I have a lot of "Now That's What I Call Music" volumes. When I serach for this, all songs from every album comes up
in a mixed order.

In many other jukebox applications, you have the option to search for album, artist or song. The search result is filtered depending on your
choice. So when I search for an album, the result only shows albums, making it a lot faster to locate.

I love the layout on Zenpoint but at the moment, I find it hard to use with a big music collection.

It would also be nice to be able to quickly bookmark a song. Sometimes I let Zenpoint play randomly and when I hear a song I like,
it would be nice to bookmark the song as a favorite.

I agree, 4 buttons below the keyboard on the search page ( All, Album, Artist, Song ) would be a really nice feature.

I also wonder if leaving a 2-3 sec pause between the last keyboard press and updating the results might be an improvement ... updating instantly on every key press sends my pc into a bit of a frenzy.

I like your idea about bookmarking songs too, ideally if there was a add to playlist button when selecting a song that would be fantastic, then you could add to your "Favorites" playlist or any other playlist you fancy.
